All participants are required to do Basic Registration first.
Registration for specific events would be through Google forms and payments would be accepted through UPI method to designated AURA account only. For ease of the registration team, participants would be required to upload a screenshot of their payment receipt within the Google form.
There would be no bar to the number of participants from a single college. However, in team events, all participants in a team must be from the same college.
For team events, only a single member of the team is required to register on behalf of the entire team. However, names of all remaining members should be mentioned in the given field.
On spot registration will not be allowed. Online registration will also only be accepted till a given decided date.
All participants are required to carry screenshots of their Basic Registration, Event Registration and college ID which shall be checked at the entry gate.
Participants are expected to be on time. Registration fees shall not be refunded if the participant misses his event for any reason.
Rules Regarding Events
The events will be organised in 3 days.
The events will start at the given specified time and will end at the specific time mentioned in the brochure.
No participants will be given extra time and if so happened their work will
be rejected.
The committee will provide you with the basic items needs for the events . If any participant needed extra equipments,they can bring it along accordingly.
Candidate should report to the venue 15 min prior to the event.
After each event,the prizes and certificates of winners will be awarded by the judges.
Specific Rules for t-shirt Painting
Participants have to create an artwork on the T-shirt provided.
Time:11:00 Am to 01:00 Pm
Number of participants: 2 (in each team)
No extra time will be provided.
1st prize: ₹1000
2nd prize: ₹500
Basic items will be provided for the event.: T-Shirt, Acrylic Colours, Brushes
